Description: Struggle when it finds an answer, inspires music from the heart that Praises its Healer: for me that is JESUS
Biography: A young abused Jewish boy who ran away form home at a young age found himself in a world that could have destroyed him
Drugs alcohol and everything else out there became his life. After a time in the Marines he found he found himself in prison and was ready to give up on life. An inmate who believed in Jesus came and told him that Jesus could save him, and he laughed at him he didn’t believe in Jesus in fact he grew up angry with Him for all that was done in His name to the Jewish people. He fought every day of his life because of being Jewish, but something about this inmate was different and Jesus used him, and he cared with a care he never saw before. He went to a church service with him in jail and met Jesus Christ as his Savior and Jesus set Him free. He went through a lot of struggles in his walk of faith as he learned to believe the Word of God and as he continued in the Word it did exactly as it promised and made him free. All the music that he sings and writes comes from that experience and expresses the inspiration of the Words of Jesus in his own life. These songs are to praise Him for new life, and for giving double for all his shame. John 8:31-32; Isaiah 61:7,10 Sabba is now a prison Chaplain in three Prisons.
Sabba Hebrew for Grandfather: 1Co 4:15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
Sabba’ music is inspired and is always a message from the Words of Jesus Himself. When I first heard Sabba I had no idea that his music was from his own experiences with the Lord.
Sabba placed second in the Christian music contest for his song Only Believe, and the Word of God comes alive with this music.
Sabba’s music is well known in the Federal and State Prison system where they minister on a regular basis. Sabba’s ministry is with the broken and ashamed, and abused, this music brings healing and confidence in Jesus.
I met Jesus after hearing Sabba in Prison in 2001 and my life changed I am now a Minister to youth in my church.
